Performance characteristics
1. As a broad-spectrum, long-lasting bactericide to kill many bacteria, fungi and yeasts, the using amount is small.
2. Suitable for use in the medium of the pH value in the range of 2 to 9; free of divalent salt, cross-link no emulsion.
3. Miscible with water; can be added in any production step; easy to use.
4. It has a low toxicity and an appropriate concentration of using, which will lead to no harm completely.

Usage and Cautions
1. In water treatment applications, dilute it into a 1.5% aqueous solution first. Add the solution at a quantity of 80 to 100 ppm for one or two times each week depending on the multiplication of microorganisms like bacteria and algae.
2. Avoid direct eyes’ contact with it for a long period. Once the contact happens, rinse eyes with water without delay. No long-term contact with the skin is allowed.
3. Any contact with reducible metals is forbidden during storage, for example, iron and aluminum, so as to avoid decomposition.
4. Not suitable for use in the alkaline medium of pH> 9.0 due to its poor stability. Any combination of this chemical with highly nucleophilic chemicals, like S2- and R-NH2, will lead to declined quality or even complete failure of the product

TC-60 Paper making Biocide and Preservatives

TC-60 paper making preservative is a high efficient, broad spectrum and low toxic sterilization preservative that takes Kathon 886 as the main active component. Its active component can through the microbial cell walls and get inside the cell and inhibit or completely kill microbes. Since its mechanism of action, the microbial resistance is difficult to produce. It will not have a negative impact on the paper making process, while can effectively increase the purity of the machine, reduce the times of car wash and increase paper level. Besides, it has more significant anti-corrosion effect on original printing ink.
Add in mix slurry pool or thickener exit. Its outstanding features:
Sterilization, bacteriostatic high efficient, broad spectrum;
Good compatibility with water, easy to use;
Low toxic, labile, no residual;

Packing specification
This product is packed by sealed plastic barrel, the net weight includes 25kg and 250kg two kinds. Its quality guarantee period is half one year; it should avoid sunlight and keep in normal temperature. The production date is the same with batch number.

Matters need attention
This product is class II corrosive chemical products. For safety’s sake, users should wear the following equipments: goggle, rubber gloves, rubber apron or impermeable rain coat, rubber shoes.
After use, wash your hands with soap and water before eating or smoking, the dirt cloth should by washed immediately. Contact with skin: wash immediately with soap and water for 15 minutes. After that, if there is exciting feeling, use skin liquid. Contact with eyes: wash with plenty of water flow and pull up eyelid for at least 15 minutes immediately, after that, go to the hospital.
In storage process, this product should not contact with reducing metal, such as metal ferrum, aluminum, etc; and avoid contact with oxidizing substances or reducing matter. The residual chlorine and sodium sulfite in the pulp can destroy this product, to reduce the efficiency or complete failure.

Suggestion
Automatic dosing facilities are recommended if long time use this product, which can be provided by our company.
Once the personnel produce allergic reaction, he should go to the hospital immediately, orally take desensitization medicine or external coating acetic acid urea ointment and other methods to relief the symptoms. The symptoms will disappear in two weeks.
