C-grade Ceylon Cinnamon, or Continental Ceylon Cinnamon, is basically the next best quality after Alba. They are brownish-yellow in
color and highly sought after due to their smooth texture, distinctive and sweet taste comparable to Alba cinnamon.
There may be very slight differences in thinness, but their diameters are very similar to Alba. Like Alba cinnamon, C- grade Ceylon cinnamon tops the list in terms of export level and is best added to sweet dishes, desserts and hot chocolate as a sprinkle on lattes or in its powder form.
