Description
Silica Insulation Brick is a lightweight refractory material with silicon content greater than 91% and bulk density less than 1.2g/cm3. The fire resistance and softening temperature under load are similar to those of ordinary silica bricks with the same composition. This product is made of quartzite material, and the content of SiO2 is about 91%, so it has good acid slag resistance and low thermal conductivity. This product is widely used in the partition wall of carbonization chamber, coke oven burning chamber, steel making open hearth regenerator, slag bag, soaking pit furnace, glass melting furnace, etc. The product has the advantages of high temperature strength, good thermal insulation and strong corrosion resistance.
